The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the legal area of ​​Germany

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

1. Acceptance of orders placed with us is subject to delivery options.

2. We charge the prices valid on the day of delivery according to our respective price list, plus VAT.

3. Delivery within Germany takes place free of charge for goods with a value of 150 euros or more. Promotion-related changes to the value of goods for free delivery remain unaffected. The value of the goods excludes VAT. For individually arranged fresh service, express or urgent shipments, the additional costs are borne by the buyer.

4. As soon as the goods leave our premises, they travel at the risk of the recipient. Transport damage must be reported to the shipping company, train, parcel service or post office immediately after the goods have been taken over. Returns without prior agreement are not permitted and will not be accepted.

5. Complaints about defects can only be taken into account if they are reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods in such a complete manner that a perfect inspection is possible. If complaints about defects are justified, we will provide compensation by delivering defect-free goods to the exclusion of further claims. We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions after leaving the factory. The assertion of complaints about defects does not extend the payment deadline.

6. All Dolcier products are made in our patisserie / confectionery from the best raw materials and always leave our house fresh. Commercial goods are subject to the same quality standards. If the goods you ordered are not available due to seasonal or other reasons, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the contract or to reverse the purchase contract.​

7. The prices quoted by us are final prices including taxes applicable at the time of purchase within the Federal Republic of Germany.​

8. Additional delivery and shipping costs apply when sending the items. The amount of the current delivery and shipping costs can be found in the information in the online shop. (check-out process)

9. The purchase price is due upon confirmation of the order by us.

Payment for the goods can be made:

via PayPal
by invoice (not for new customers / depending on the value of the goods)
by advance payment (depending on product and value)
​10. We store the data required to process the contract between you and us. You have the right to information about the data stored about you at any time. In this respect we refer to our data protection declaration.

11. The customer who is a consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
