Our mixed "Classic" selection includes our classic gingerbread varieties - with the two Almondia classics (with roasted almond sticks and dark/whole milk enveloping), our Naturale classic with whole hazelnuts and our marzipan creation with peeled almonds and baked “Lübecker Blatt” (marzipan spreader). Baked without flour.
